How an update enters this timeline

Every record must come from a Tier 1 official source, carry a confirmed announcement date, pass human review in English, Russian and Arabic, and identify the listed security as the exact subject. A general market mention is not enough. If evidence is withdrawn, becomes stale or conflicts with a correction, the record disappears until a reviewer resolves it. This chronology reports verified events; it does not provide a trading signal or recommendation.
