A proposal is not a completed payment. Amount basis, currency, approval status, ex-date, record date and payment date stay distinct when available.
Dubaist uses this term with one stable meaning across public profiles, research, events and methodology. That reduces ambiguity but does not make different companies, periods or evidence scopes automatically comparable.
Read the adjacent company or security identity, reporting period, unit, scope, source, locator, verification date and publication state. If one required field is missing, keep that boundary visible.
This definition explains a classification. It is not evidence that a value, event or conclusion exists for a particular issuer, and it never replaces the cited primary source.
