The denominator may be licensed, available or staffed beds, while the numerator may use occupied bed-days or a point-in-time count. The issuer definition, facility perimeter, period and calculation must remain visible; percentages using different bases are not directly comparable.
Dubaist uses this term with one stable meaning across public profiles, research, events and methodology. That reduces ambiguity but does not make different companies, periods or evidence scopes automatically comparable.
Read the adjacent company or security identity, reporting period, unit, scope, source, locator, verification date and publication state. If one required field is missing, keep that boundary visible.
