Financial period
The exact reporting interval and period type to which a financial fact belongs.Quarter-only, year-to-date, full year and trailing periods are separate. Consolidated and standalone scopes are also kept separate.

Why the term matters
Dubaist uses this term with one stable meaning across public profiles, research, events and methodology. That reduces ambiguity but does not make different companies, periods or evidence scopes automatically comparable.
What to check when it appears
Read the adjacent company or security identity, reporting period, unit, scope, source, locator, verification date and publication state. If one required field is missing, keep that boundary visible.
Evidence boundary
