Different clocks
Company identity, financial periods, disclosures, prices, rules and source rights change at different speeds. Each layer keeps its own checked, published, effective or verified timestamp instead of inheriting one page-wide date.

Every changing claim has an evidence time, a review state and a withheld outcome; an old observation is never presented as a current market fact.
Company identity, financial periods, disclosures, prices, rules and source rights change at different speeds. Each layer keeps its own checked, published, effective or verified timestamp instead of inheriting one page-wide date.
Current prices, listing status, management, dividends, schedules and regulations require a current approved source. Historical values retain their observation period and are not relabelled as current.
When a configured freshness window is exceeded the state becomes Stale. When the database, schema or complete projection cannot be validated, the state becomes unavailable. Neither state is replaced by a cached assertion or invented value.
A fresh source does not publish itself. Revalidation updates evidence time and then re-enters rights, conflict, localization and Editorial review gates before the public state may change.
